I. THE POLICY:

1. Check in & Check out:
- Check in: After 14h00. - Check out: Before 12h00
- Late check out Policy: From 12h00 to 18h00 shall incur 50% of room rate; After 18h00 shall incur 100% room rate.

2. Extra bed & Breakfast surcharges:
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast.
   + Cot: if incurred more people than those specified above.
   + Surcharge for children from 6-12 years old sharing room with parents.
   + Free Children under 6 years sharing parents.
- Each room at a maximum of 3 adults and no more than 4 people / room on including children.

3. Environmental Protection:
- Hotels done dressing cloth used by the hotel reservation request.
- Encourage customers not to smoke in the room because the safety of the client and the hotel.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

- Pets, Imflammables, Explosives & other banned substances are not allowed to brought into hotel.

III. FORMS OF PAYMENT:

- Payment Vietnam Dong.

- Accepted cards: American Express; Visa card; Master Card; JCB; Diner Club International; Discover, Pay Union.

IV. INFORMATION SECURITY REGULATIONS

- We make every effort and use all appropriate means to the customer information provided during the use of this website is secure from unauthorized access.

- We will use the customer information in the reservation management, and other services related to customers and serve the market research analysis to provide quality products.

- Prohibits all acts related to unauthorized intrusion intervention into the data system of this website.
